Psychotherapy can be helpful for people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or challenges with family and identity.
You do not need to be in crisis or have a specific psychiatric diagnosis to benefit from therapy.
-
It depends on you completly. Some people seek short-term support for a specific concern or life transition, while others prefer longer-term work to explore recurring emotional and relational patterns.
The length of therapy depends on your goals, circumstances, and what feels helpful to you. I will be guiding and collaborate with you through this process.

My standard fee for individual therapy is at $160 per session and $180 for couple therapy per session.

I offer sliding scale and low cost therapy for individuals without insurance coverage and students.
I am happy to discuss the pricing options that fit into your financial needs.

While psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP, it is generally covered by your extended health benefits when provided by a Registered Psychotherapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage, as reimbursement amounts and eligibility vary by plan.

Feeling comfortable, respected, and understood can be an important part of the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative relationship, and it is okay to ask questions or share concerns about our work together.
A free initial consultation can be an opportunity to learn more about my approach and decide whether it feels right for you.
